With the arrival of Prince Felipe and Princesa Letizia in Mallorca, after their highly successful visit to Mexico, the whole Royal Family is now officially on vacation. For the next few weeks, Queen Sofia will do what she loves most - spend all her time with her five grandchildren - while King Juan Carlos and Prince Felipe, sans Doña Letizia, are already doing what they love most - messing about with boats. They've already participated in the first regatta of the summer, while the Queen and the grandkids watched from a distance. The newly-weds will be living in the apartment in Palma which the Bealeric Islands government bought specially for Prince Felipe some time ago to tempt him to spend more time on the island. No doubt Doña Letizia opted to stay at home to make the apartment fit for the future king and to take a break from her new outdoors image. Infanta Elena and her husband, Jaime de Marichalar, and Infanta Cristina and her husband, Iñaki Urdangarín, were probably sunbathing off in a quiet cove, enjoying a break from their boisterous kids.
