Alhaurín de la Torre council is about to begin the second phase of improvement works in El Peñón district, at a cost of 410,250 euros. This will affect Calle Bajondillos, Calle Cerrajeros, Calle Ganaderos and Calle Las Flores, where improved drainage will be installed, electrical cables placed underground, new paving will be laid, and the road will be resurfaced. The project will take about five months to complete. The first phase was carried out to Calle Los Mellizos, Calle Torrox, Calle Esperanto and Calle Honda.
